Studio One Group LLC is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. The Vision Orchestrator desktop app keeps your projects, sessions, memory and conversations on your own machine and sends us no telemetry or project content.
We collect contact and enquiry data, subscription and account data, limited payment data (card data is handled by Stripe, not stored by us), email-verification data, and technical log data. We use it to run the website, sell and license the Software, process payments, provide support, and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell or share your personal data for advertising. Service providers: Stripe (payments), Microsoft Azure (hosting) and Azure Communication Services (email). You have rights of access, correction, deletion, objection and portability, plus CCPA/CPRA rights for California residents.
