Refund & Cancellation Policy
You can cancel any paid Vision Orchestrator plan at any time from the Stripe customer portal or by emailing us. Cancelling stops all future charges, and your paid access stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which your account reverts to the free Silver plan.
Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law, and we do not give prorated refunds for unused time within a period. We will review and, where appropriate, refund duplicate charges, clear billing errors, charges made after a valid cancellation, and any refund required by your statutory consumer rights (including EU/UK cooling-off rights).
For consulting engagements, the written proposal or statement of work governs.
